Ainable · AI systems for founder-led businesses

AI installed in your business, not explained to you.

We map how your business actually runs, find the one step that caps your revenue, and install the system that releases it. Outreach, sales, delivery, content, reporting. It runs on your accounts, you own it, and your team runs it after we leave.

Most AI help ends in a document. You get a list of tools, a prompt library and a login you never open again. We build the working system inside your business, then teach you to run it.

01 · What we do

Three things, in this order.

01

Map

Every department, process and step in your business, scored for pain and for how much AI can take off it. Each step gets one label: automate, delegate, eliminate or keep. That map decides what gets built first, not whatever tool is trending.

02

Build

We install from a catalogue of productised builds that already run in real businesses, adapted to yours. No experiments on your time. You pick done with you, where you run the steps with us, or done for you, where we hand it over working.

03

Run

It lives on your machine and your accounts, with the skills and schedules that keep it going. You get the walkthrough, the playbook and a portal that tracks every build, so nothing depends on us being on call.

02 · How it works

From first call to running system.

3 minutes

Four questions

A short form so we arrive at the call already knowing your model, your revenue band and what feels stuck. If we are not the right fit, it tells you straight away instead of wasting your hour.

One call · free

The audit

We walk your business end to end and find the constraint. You leave with the map, the build that releases it first, and a scoped price. Whether you work with us after that is up to you.

Week 1 onward

Build

Your portal opens with an onboarding runway, your company map and the first builds queued. Each build has its steps, its inputs and its walkthrough in one place, so you always know what is next.

Ongoing

Run and stack

Every build feeds the next. Once outreach runs, the call gets automated. Once delivery runs, reporting follows. The business gets lighter each month instead of heavier.

03 · Build-out examples

A few of the systems we install.

Each one is a finished, repeatable build with its own setup steps and inputs. The audit decides which of them your business needs, and in which order.

Acquisition

Outreach Engine

Lead list → personalised first messages → follow-ups, tracked in Airtable

Scrapes and enriches leads matching your ICP, writes a first message per lead from their public content, queues them for approval, sends through your channels, and runs a 4-step follow-up with reply detection. Every reply lands in your pipeline.

Built for: Personalised first messages at a volume no VA keeps up

Sales

Voice Agent

An AI voice agent that qualifies inbound leads or confirms bookings

A voice agent with your script that answers or calls inbound leads, qualifies with 4 to 6 questions, books the call on your calendar and writes the transcript and outcome to your CRM. Usage costs billed to you.

Built for: Every inbound lead called back and qualified while they are still warm

Content

Content Engine

One long-form input a week → 20 posts, clips and captions in an approval queue

Turns your calls, videos or voice notes into carousels, short scripts, captions and clips with your captions style, filed into an Airtable approval queue with tap-to-approve. Approved items get scheduled.

Built for: Daily posting without a content team

Operations

Client Onboarding + Reporting Automation

New client → folders, channel, welcome, weekly report, all automatic

When a client signs, the system creates their records, channel and folders, sends the welcome sequence, and every week compiles a report from your data with a draft summary for you to approve and send.

Built for: Client admin that happens without anyone remembering to do it

Content

Custom Knowledge Chatbot

A chatbot trained on your YouTube channel, courses and docs, hosted on your domain

We pull every transcript from your channel and knowledge files, chunk and embed them, and ship a branded chat widget on Vercel that answers in your voice with sources. Includes an admin page to add material.

Built for: Support and pre-sale questions answered in your voice, around the clock

Data & Dashboards

Command Center Dashboard

One page with your numbers: cash, leads, bookings, shows, closes, content shipped

A password-protected dashboard on Vercel reading your Airtable business OS: daily numbers, funnel, targets vs actuals, editable targets, and a weekly digest to Discord or WhatsApp.

Built for: No more building the Monday spreadsheet by hand

Premium deck engine

A self-navigating deck with presenter notes and a built-in editor, built for a live talk in Bali. Arrow keys work. This is a build, not a slide export.

In their words
"I thought I was using AI adequately. But I realized after getting on a call with Alex that that was just the tip of the iceberg. … I've been able to replace attribution software I was paying for before by just building it in-house, which has been insane. … The stuff I learned with him, I would not have been able to figure out myself."

05 · Pricing

Priced on the call, against your business.

A build that saves a two-person team a day a week is not worth the same as one that fills a sales calendar. So we scope first and price second. You see the number on the audit call, in writing, before anything starts.

Always included

What every engagement has

  • Your company map and the build order it produces
  • A client portal with your runway, builds and walkthroughs
  • Ownership. Everything runs on your accounts
  • Direct access while your builds are live
Your choice

Two ways to build

  • Done with you. You run the steps, we guide each one and check the result
  • Done for you. We build it and hand it over working, with the walkthrough
  • Mix per build. Do the simple ones yourself and hand us the heavy ones
06 · Questions

Things people ask first.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You need to be willing to follow steps and answer questions about your business honestly. Where a build needs a terminal, the walkthrough shows every click, and done for you is always an option.

Is this a course?

No. Nothing here is a video library you watch alone. It is working systems installed in your business, with a person on the other end while they go in.

Who owns what gets built?

You do. It runs on your machine, your accounts and your data. If we stopped working together tomorrow, it keeps running.

What if I am under EUR 10k a month?

The intake will tell you honestly. Below that level the constraint is usually offer or demand, and an AI install does not fix either. We would rather say so than sell you something that cannot pay back.

How long does a build take?

The build itself is usually hours, not weeks, because every catalogue build has been done before. The real wait is your inputs. They are listed per build in your portal, so you see up front what we need from you.

What happens on the audit call?

We walk through the business, find the constraint and show you what we would build first and what it costs. No slides, no pressure. If it is not a fit, we say so on the call.
